Kennebunk High School Boys and Girls Track & Field
Hope you're enjoying your first few days of summer break. There's been some interest in summer practices so we will be holding OPTIONAL summer workouts throughout the summer on Mondays from 6pm - 7:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am - 10am. These will being TONIGHT for anyone interested. 

We will NOT have practice on the 4th of July or during the week of July 8 - 15

These are open to anyone and will feature a sprinting workout, distance workout, hurdles, and long/triple jump pits being open. We can also pull out the throwing stuff if people want to. Just want to give you all a chance to continue working on the things you were progressing on during the Spring. If you are doing summer Soccer, XC, Football, Volleyball, or Basketball, and have things during these times please go to to those as necessary. If you can make it though and want to work on some stuff come on down and get some work in. 

Enjoy your summers and hopefully I'll see some of you out on the track.
